Let’s get honest, wedding planning is overwhelming. Most people only do it once, so it’s not something that you are a master at right away. At work & in life I’m all about streamlining processes to save myself time. I have text expanders at work, I have text edits for my blog posts & now I have templates for wedding planning that I’ll share with you to save you a bit of time.

Do you have a brochure you could send me with information about what packages you have available? We have a group of [# OF PEOPLE] people to invite and we’d love to host both our wedding ceremony and reception at the same location. We’d love to get an estimate for a [FRIDAY OR SATURDAY] wedding (venue cost, food and beverage minimum & avg price per person, along with any additional fees we could expect).
