Ginger Sesame Kale Salad
Recipe:
Ingredients:
3 cups kale ( I like to massage the kale and let it sit covered in a bowl with a wet paper towel,
don’t ask me why)
¼ cup cooked quinoa
½ cup grated cucumber ( you can dice or chop, but I like
cucumber grated)
Handful of chopped almonds
½ cup apple (my fave are fuji)
Dressing:
1 tbsp. sesame oil
½ Tbsp. Braggs amino acids
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tsp. dried ginger
Directions: Mix all ingredients and toss with dressing.
