Body Love with Primal Kitchen

After reading Body Love by Kelly LeVeque, I immediately started re-thinking what I eat. I already eat really clean, but once I opened this book I realized there were some super easy modifications I could apply to make my meals more nutritious. Some of the super easy changes I made were cutting down the fruit in my smoothies & adding more fat, replacing my morning oatmeal with Eggs & spinach, and I also started replacing my salad dressings with avocado oil and balsamic vinegar.

Body Love suggested me trying some items from Primal Kitchen & I became obsessed with all their products. They are super yummy, but also really good for you. I use their protein powder in all my smoothies. I use avocado oil & dressings to cook my eggs in and also on my salads. I carry their protein bars in my purse for when I'm on the go. They are gluten free, Paleo & dairy free. Using these products will help you stabilize your blood sugar.

I feel super energetic and feel like I have less cravings for sweets. I highly suggest you pick up Body Love to educate yourself on why switching your diet can benefit you without having to  diet.
